It has been a wonderful few years for the North Texas Blind Soccer Association and what began as two guys starting a blind soccer team quickly turned into a league for visually impaired children and adults.

Our work with other blind soccer organizations has given us a deeper understanding of the sport of 5-A-Side Blind Soccer in the United States. Through this experience we have realized that our organization can better serve the sport if we increase our scope to the entire state of Texas.

Therefore, we have decided to change our name to Texas Blind Soccer. This change will help position our organization as the go-to source for player, coach, and referee training as well as offering help in starting up clubs and organizing competition across Texas and neighboring states.

We look forward to the future of 5-A-Side Blind Soccer in Texas and hope to make our state the hub of blind soccer in America.
